Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant industries and potential customers for PLCs and Control Panels.

- Cold calling and regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for field engineers.

- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the design team for technical offers.

- Prepare and share techno-commercial proposals with customers.

- Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms.

- Drive order closures and ensure timely PO (Purchase Order) collection.

- Coordinate internally for smooth execution after order confirmation.

- Maintain CRM/database of customers and sales pipeline.

- Support payment follow-ups and maintain robust customer relationships.

Products Focus

- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

- Industrial Control Panels (PCC, MCC, PLC Panels, Automation Panels)

- VFD & Drive Systems

- SCADA & Automation Solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics.

- Basic technical knowledge of PLC, SCADA, VFD, and Control Panels.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand technical drawings and customer requirements.

- Good follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

Desired profile of the candidate

- 3+ yrs of exp into relevant industry

- Customer base

- Comfortable for travelling for Field sales

- 2 wheeler valid license

Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) -

- Field sales

- Experience in sales schiender and Rockwell product (Mandatory)

- 2 wheeler and valid license
