Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, orders, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and order status updates.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts for timely order execution.
- Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and payments.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduate / Diploma with 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
