Sales Coordinator

Department: Sales / Marketing

Industry: Metal / Aluminium Manufacturing

Experience: 1-6 Years

Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage

Role & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and other sales-related records.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmations, payments, and other requirements.
- Support the sales team with documentation and day-to-day internal coordination.
- Handle customer communication through emails and telephone calls.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Dispatch,



Accounts, and other internal departments.
- Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Assist the sales team in developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding pricing, product availability, and order status.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team on customer enquiries and follow-ups.

Key Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Basic understanding of metal trading, aluminium, industrial products, or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1 - 6 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience in the metal, aluminium, manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, or trading industry will be an advantage.
- Graduate candidates can apply.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Male/Female candidates can apply.

CTC: 2.00 to 7.00 LPA Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable
