Profile Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultants who are passionate about helping students find the right accommodation. Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with prior experience in student accommodation, overseas education, study abroad, hospitality, hotels, or related industries will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and other outreach channels.
- Connect with international students and understand their accommodation requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable student accommodation options based on individual customer needs.
- Guide customers throughout the booking journey and effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and availability, keeping customer experience at the core of every interaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospective customers to convert opportunities into successful bookings.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking, onboarding, and customer support experience.
- Stay updated on student accommodation markets,

- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns while maintaining a strong focus on conversion and customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in student accommodation, overseas education, study abroad, education consulting, international student services, hospitality, or the hotel industry is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to follow up, negotiate, and close opportunities.
- A target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and customer-focused environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
