Reports to: Sales Manager / Team Leader

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team at [Car Brand] Showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new cars to customers, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet and greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of car features, benefits, and specifications.
3. Handle test drives, negotiations, and sales closures.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
5. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales growth.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2.



Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Basic knowledge of cars (training provided).
4. Meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
