TalksView is looking for a motivated Business & Sales Manager to grow our advertising, sponsorships, partnerships and commercial business.

? Location: Punjab

? Role: Business & Sales Manager

? Payment: Performance/Commission Based — 10% to 20% on successfully generated business

Key Responsibilities

- Find and onboard advertising & sponsorship clients
- Generate current business opportunities
- Handle client communication and negotiations
- Manage advertising campaigns and partnerships
- Follow up on leads and payments
- Build long-term relationships with local businesses and brands
- Help grow TalksView’s commercial network

Education

- Minimum 12th Pass
- Graduate preferred
- Sales, Marketing, Business, Media or Communication background preferred

Experience

- 1–2 years sales/business development experience preferred




- Media, advertising or digital marketing experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Punjabi & Hindi required; basic English preferred
