Job Location: Chandigarh

Territory: North India

Experience: 4–8 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales & business development strategies for PET preforms and rigid packaging products.
- Identify and generate new B2B customers and business opportunities across North India.
- Develop relationships with beverage, packaged drinking water, FMCG and other relevant industries.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Conduct customer visits and meetings to understand requirements and develop business.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms and commercial conditions.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert leads into orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports and regular follow-up records.
- Explore recent markets, territories and customer segments for business expansion.

Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in PET Preforms / Plastic Packaging preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Good knowledge of customer acquisition, negotiation and order conversion.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across North India for customer meetings and business development.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email and sales reporting.
