- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding solar rooftop installations and project requirements.
- Coordinate documentation and paperwork for net metering applications with distribution companies (like UHBVN/DHBVN) and government portals (like PM Surya Ghar).
- Assist customers through the solar loan application and financing process with partner banks.
- Prepare, share, and track commercial quotations, feasibility reports, and proposals for clients.
- Maintain customer databases, follow-up logs, and daily sales activity records.
- Coordinate between clients, technical survey teams, and installation engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi/Punjabi).
- Basic proficiency in computer operations, MS Office (Excel/Word), and email correspondence.
- Prior experience in customer support, back-office operations, or tele-sales (solar or renewable energy background is a plus).
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
