We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our Used Car Dealer Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with used car dealers, generating business opportunities, and driving vehicle procurement and sales activities.

Role & responsibilities

- Attend and assist walk-in customers at the dealership.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, specifications, and advantages.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.




- Maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or direct sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for sales.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Comfortable working from a dealership location and interacting with customers daily.
