Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in Kolkata.

The Sales

Associate will engage with potential and existing clients, present property options, conduct site visits, and provide detailed information on pricing, features, and financing options. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and supporting the closing of sales transactions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams,



preparing basic sales reports, and ensuring a professional, customer-focused experience at every stage of the sales process.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including explicit communication, active listening, and professional presentation.

- Basic sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.

- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

- Comfort with using phones, email, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools) for sales tracking.

- Interest in or prior exposure to the real estate sector, particularly residential and commercial properties.

- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, including conducting property visits and meeting clients in person.

- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an advantage.

- Willingness to work flexible schedule depending on client needs and project timelines.
