Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Varanasi.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and present suitable CRM, DSR, and HRMS solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting product demos, following up on inquiries, preparing proposals, and supporting contract closure. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with the internal team to improve the sales process, and providing basic post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.

Associate is expected to meet defined sales targets while representing the company in a skilled and customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand and explain CRM, DSR, and HRMS software solutions, and translate technical features into business benefits.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of business processes in areas such as sales, customer service, and human resources.
- Comfort with using digital tools, office productivity software, and learning new IT applications quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently on-site.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or software/IT sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and product demonstrations when required.
