Two-thirds of court cases in India are related to land. Behind that number are people who bought property without knowing what they were actually buying: a disputed title, an unpaid loan, an undisclosed heir, or a document they didn't fully understand.

At Landeed, we're working to change that.

People come to us with a property search and a simple question. Your job is to understand what they're trying to do, explain what they need to know, and help them choose the right level of property diligence before they commit their savings.

This isn't about pushing a product onto someone. It's about having a good conversation, understanding their situation, and recommending what genuinely makes sense for them.

We are hiring 10 Sales Associates.

We care much more about how you think, communicate, and understand people than the number of years on your resume.

What You'll Do

- Speak with customers who have recently searched for a property and understand what they are looking for
- Have conversations with customers in their preferred language and help them understand their property-related concerns
- Ask the right questions to understand what the customer actually needs before recommending a service
- Recommend the right level of property diligence based on the customer's situation
- Explain complex property and documentation-related information in a simple and easy-to-understand way
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure a smooth handover and that customer expectations are met
- Keep customer records and conversations updated so the team has the right context
- Share recurring customer questions and feedback with the team to help us improve the product
- Work towards sales targets while keeping the customer's needs at the centre of the conversation

You will have a sales target.



It exists because every successful conversation can help someone make a more informed property decision.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for hungry, curious and well-spoken people who enjoy talking to people and solving problems.

You could be a great fit if:

- You have 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, customer support, or a similar role
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
- You are fluent in English and at least two of Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada or Marathi
- You can explain something complicated to an anxious customer without making them feel overwhelmed
- You listen carefully and ask questions before jumping to a solution
- You are comfortable having customer conversations and working towards targets
- You genuinely enjoy helping someone understand something they didn't understand before
- You are willing to learn property documentation and the basics of property due diligence
- You are a graduate from any discipline

You don't need to know everything about property when you join. We will teach you the product and property documentation. What we need from you is the willingness to learn and the ability to have thoughtful conversations with customers.

Compensation

₹5.5L – ₹6L CTC
