Role Description |

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Doddaballapura, Bangalore Rural. This position is responsible for promoting Techonquer’s cybersecurity training programs, managing sales pipelines, and building relationships with prospective learners and institutional partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demos, following up with prospects, and closing enrollments.





The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, manage social media and promotional activities, and collect market feedback to refine offerings. The role also involves providing customer support, coordinating with trainers to understand course features, and tracking performance metrics to ensure steady growth in enrollments and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and partners.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, track targets, and report performance.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to understand and clearly explain course content and value propositions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in education, edtech, or cybersecurity training sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with CRM or sales tools is preferred.
