Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, managing leads, and nurturing client relationships in target industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, energy, and utilities.

The specialist will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, prepare proposals and presentations, and coordinate with engineering teams to align service offerings with client needs.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, executing outreach campaigns, attending client meetings, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The role also includes maintaining CRM records, providing sales reports and forecasts, and collaborating on marketing content, events, and training initiatives to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide professional support.
- Sales and Sales Management capabilities to generate leads, manage pipelines, and drive revenue growth.
- Training experience to support client onboarding, product/service demonstrations, and internal sales enablement.
- Experience in B2B sales or marketing within engineering, construction, or related technical industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiation, and time management skills to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines
