About the Role

GyanBuddy is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive school acquisition and growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, speaking with school decision-makers, conducting meetings and demos, and onboarding schools onto GyanBuddy.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable taking things from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, outreach, referrals, networking, field visits, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with school principals, directors, management, and other decision-makers.
- Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and school meetings.
- Understand school requirements and effectively communicate GyanBuddy's value proposition.
- Manage follow-ups and take leads through the complete sales cycle.
- Close deals and onboard schools onto GyanBuddy.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with school management.
- Identify new opportunities, markets, and channels for customer acquisition.
- Work with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly track sales activity and outcomes.

What We're Looking For




- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, education sales, SaaS sales, or a similar role.
- Experience dealing with schools or educational institutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, field meetings, and regular follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel locally for school meetings.
- Strong ownership of targets and results.
