Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Identify and approach recent customers, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.

- Promote and sell coffee products and perfume products through various sales channels.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities.

- Generate leads through cold calling, references, social media, online platforms, and direct marketing.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively.

- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, retailers, and other business partners.

- Ensure proper product presentation, branding, and visibility at retail outlets.

- Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the management.

- Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions, and market trends.

- Follow up on orders, payments, deliveries, and customer queries.

- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update management on sales performance.





- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.

- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.

- Confident and persuasive personality.

- Good knowledge of local market and customer network.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel for market visits.

- Experience in FMCG, coffee, food & beverage, perfumes, cosmetics, or consumer products will be an advantage.

Qualification

- Graduate in BBA, MBA (Marketing), or any relevant field preferred.

- Candidates with strong sales experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
