Key Responsibilities
- Client communication, relationship management, and follow-ups
- Preparing quotations and analysing freight pricing
- Coordinating with clients, airlines, overseas agents, and internal teams
- Supporting air freight sales, marketing, and shipment coordination
- Handling customer queries and maintaining client records
- Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
- Knowledge of air freight, import-export, and freight forwarding is an added advantage
