Reaviva Holistic Health, a premium, science-led wellness centre in Santacruz West, Mumbai, is offering a six month, full time internship for graduates who wish to build a career in sales and client relationship management. The intern will manage the enquiries the centre receives each day, engaging prospective clients by telephone and on WhatsApp, and converting genuine interest into booked consultations.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact every enquiry generated by the centre's marketing activity by telephone, and complete the agreed follow-up sequence for those not reached at the first attempt.
- Qualify each enquiry through structured discussion and book a consultation at the centre.
- Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages and direct messages within the agreed response time.
- Improve attendance of booked consultations through timely reminders.
- Record every conversation and update the enquiry stage in the CRM as it occurs.
- Submit a daily summary of calls placed, connections made and consultations booked.
- Uphold the confidentiality, discretion and presentation standards of a premium health and wellness setting.

Candidate Requirements





- A graduate degree, preferably in management (BMS, BBA, MBA or PGDM).
- Spoken English of a high standard, together with fluency in Hindi, and a clear, courteous telephone manner.
- The ability to listen attentively and converse with senior professionals with confidence.
- Comfort with daily measurement of calls, connections and consultations booked.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Availability to work full time from the centre at Santacruz West for the full six months.

What the Internship Offers A monthly stipend, structured training in consultative selling of high value services, exposure to the complete client journey, a certificate of completion, and consideration for a permanent position at the end of the term, subject to performance.

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai. Full time, on site, not remote or hybrid.

Duration: Six months

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
