Role Description The Sales & Branch Incharge – Kolhapur Branch is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolhapur, responsible for overseeing sales operations and branch performance for the Kolhapur branch. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, promoting tour packages, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and partner agencies, monitoring sales targets, and implementing local marketing initiatives to increase business.

The Sales & Branch Incharge will also manage branch administration activities such as reporting, cash and documentation handling, and adherence to company policies and service standards.



This position requires proactive engagement with clients and communities to build long-term relationships and strengthen the brand presence.

Qualifications

Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to understand client needs and convert inquiries into bookings.

Experience in branch or office operations, including basic administration, documentation handling, and reporting.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages, with a qualified and service-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of branch performance, and collaborate effectively with cross-location teams.

Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel agency operations is highly beneficial.

Basic proficiency in office software (email, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with using digital tools for sales and communication.

Relevant educational background in Business, Commerce, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred.

Willingness to work on-site in Kolhapur and occasionally travel as required for branch coordination and client meetings.
