About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, customer communication, lead generation, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with potential and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Assist the sales team in generating and following up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues promptly.
- Maintain customer and lead records accurately.
- Follow up with prospects and support the conversion process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.




- Prepare basic sales and customer-support reports.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
