Qualification: Diploma/Engineering +Diploma in Industrial Safety+NEBOSH, or Fire & safety

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and proactive Industrial Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, minimize workplace risks, and promote a strong safety culture across all operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety regulations
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain safety documentation and records
- Coordinate with management and external regulatory bodies




- Monitor use of PPE and enforce safety standards
- Promote a culture of safety awareness within the organization

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field
- Certification such as:
- NEBOSH / IOSH
- OSHA Certification
- Fire & Safety Certification
- 4–5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing/construction safety
- Robust knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits

Preferred Skills

- First Aid & Firefighting certification
- Experience in manufacturing / heavy industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety management systems

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
