Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and update safety policies, procedures, and protocols for the organization.
- Provide training on industrial safety best practices to employees at all levels.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures.
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in construction safety or related field (NEBOSH certification preferred).
- Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent qualification required; NEBOSH certification an added advantage.
- Robust knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train workers effectively.
