Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused RPO Implant / Onsite Recruitment Specialist who will be deployed at the client's location in Pune and act as the primary recruitment SPOC between the client and the backend recruitment team.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding and managing the client's hiring requirements, driving the backend recruitment team for quality profiles, coordinating the complete recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey from requirement intake sourcing screening interview selection offer post-offer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary recruitment SPOC at the client location and maintain regular communication with client stakeholders.
- Take a complete download from the client on all open requirements, including skills, experience, responsibilities, location, CTC, notice period, work mode, interview process, and hiring timelines.




- Translate client requirements into explicit sourcing briefs and drive the backend recruitment team to deliver relevant and quality profiles.
- Monitor submissions, interviews, feedback, selections, offers, and closures across requirements.
- Follow up with the backend team to ensure timely delivery and address gaps in profile quality or pipeline.
- Coordinate with the client and recruitment team throughout the hiring process and ensure timely closure of pending actions.
- Maintain complete visibility of requirement status, candidate pipeline, ageing, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
- Proactively identify and address bottlenecks, ageing requirements, candidate dropouts, offer risks, and joining risks.
- Maintain regular post-offer connect with selected candidates to ensure engagement, address concerns, and minimize offer dropouts.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in recruitment trackers and reports and provide regular hiring updates to the client.
