Role & responsibilities

Required Qualifications • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. •

3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development,



with a strong focus on Automation

- Proven experience leading and delivering complex RPA implementations from concept through production.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions, including process analysis, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Deep understanding of RPA best practices, workflow optimization, and business process automation.
- Experience creating process documentation, technical specifications, and solution design artifacts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Programming experience in Python, Java, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
