Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rooftop Solar Technical Specialist based in Delhi, India. The specialist will design, evaluate, and implement rooftop solar power systems for residential and commercial clients, including site assessments, load calculations, and system sizing. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and layouts, coordinating installation activities, supervising on-site work, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and relevant codes.

The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to installation teams,



and conducting performance monitoring, maintenance, and system optimization. The specialist will also engage with customers to explain technical solutions, provide post-installation support, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and project delivery.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical skills to perform load calculations, system sizing, performance analysis, and technical evaluations.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, coordinate with field teams, and interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support to diagnose system faults, resolve rooftop solar and electrical issues, and guide installation teams.
- Customer service mindset to understand client requirements, provide responsive support, and ensure a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar PV systems, inverters, mounting structures, and related electrical components; familiarity with relevant standards and safety practices.
- Ability to read and prepare electrical single-line diagrams and technical drawings; experience with basic design tools or solar simulation software is an advantage.

- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; prior experience in solar or electrical installation projects is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site, conduct field visits, and adhere to safety protocols; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
