Key Responsibilities

1. Staff Engagement:

- Motivate and inspire the sales team
- Foster a positive work environment
- Develop training programs to enhance staff skills

1. Target Achievement:

- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

1. Customer Service:

- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Handle customer complaints and feedback

- Foster robust customer relationships

1. Product Knowledge:

- Train staff on jewellery products to enhance sales

1. Upselling/Cross-Selling:

- Encourage staff to suggest complementary products

1. Customer Relationship Building:

- Foster strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business

1. Visual Merchandising:

- Create attractive displays to showcase products

1. Promotions and Events:

- Host events and offer promotions to drive sales

Requirements:
1. Experience:



3+ years of retail sales management experience, preferably in jewelry sales

2. Skills

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, customer service, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

1. Knowledge:

- Familiarity with jewellery products and industry trends
- Knowledge of sales, customer service, and leadership principles

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
