Co-ordinating with Sales team across zones to expedite attending the customers who are not contactable / responding over phone.

Rate reduction or incremental funding requirement of the customers with the help of sales team to ensure retention. Co-ordinating with credit FPR’s to ensure fulfilment of customers funding requirement.
