About Us

Rosada is a premium, design-led kids' lifestyle brand from Kolkata, known for personalised bags, bedding, travel accessories, and baby essentials. We started online and are now growing our physical stores. As Store Manager, you will lead the store's sales, team, customer experience, and operations, and bring our brand to life for parents and little ones.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales, conversion, and footfall targets, including personalised products and gifting.
- Create a warm, family-friendly store experience and handle custom orders, returns, and feedback with care.
- Recruit, train, and coach a service-led team, and plan rosters around peak seasons.
- Maintain visual merchandising to brand standards, with a clean, child-safe store.
- Manage stock, cash, shrinkage, and reporting accurately.
- Coordinate with online and central teams for consistent customer service and stock availability.

Requirements





- 4 to 7 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years as a store or assistant store manager.
- Experience in a kids, baby, or parenting lifestyle brand is essential; premium or gifting retail is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Sound knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory control, and POS systems.
- Warm, patient, and customer-first, with an eye for visual presentation.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
