Role Description The Retail Salesperson role at ADIDAS in Chandigarh, India is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering excellent customer experiences on the sales floor. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products to support their performance and lifestyle. The role involves maintaining product displays, ensuring stock is organized, processing transactions accurately, and handling basic returns or exchanges in line with store policies.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed store targets and engage customers in product recommendations.

- Solid Product Knowledge or the ability to quickly learn ADIDAS footwear, apparel, and accessories features and benefits.

- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.

- Proven Customer Service abilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and handling inquiries or concerns professionally.

- Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred; passion for sport, fashion, or athletic lifestyle is highly beneficial.

- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays), and operate point-of-sale systems.

- Basic numerical skills and attention to detail for processing sales transactions and managing inventory tasks.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
