Racks by London Market is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience . As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing profitability, managing inventory, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a customer-centric culture.

? Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Financial Management

- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage Operational Budgets: Monitor store expenses, analyze sales reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor reflects brand standards, seasonal layouts, and promotional displays.
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory counts to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability.

Team Leadership & Talent Management

- Staff Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to build a high-performing team.
- Performance Management: Set explicit performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Scheduling:



Create efficient staff schedules that align with peak shopping hours and labor budgets.

Customer Experience

- Service Excellence: Cultivate a welcoming store environment and lead by example in delivering top-tier customer service.

? Qualifications & Skills

Required Experience

- Management Background: 3+ years of retail management experience (Fashion, Apparel, or Luxury Retail preferred).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and managing operational store budgets.
