Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage retail store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

- Oversee sales team performance, provide coaching and training to improve sales numbers.

- Analyze KPIs such as shrinkage control, stock levels, and cash handling to optimize store efficiency.

- Ensure effective communication with regional teams on promotions, events, and product launches.

- Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in apparel industry with expertise in fashion retail or luxury goods.

- Solid knowledge of clothing/footwear/lifestyle products with an understanding of market trends.

- Proven track record in managing large format stores (>2000 sqft) with multiple departments.

- Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting; ability to create reports using various tools like KPI dashboards.
