We are looking for a customer-friendly and energetic Restaurant Waiter to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that guests have an excellent dining experience. You must be able to communicate fluently in the local language (Bengali/Hindi) to easily assist local guests, and possess a basic understanding of English to take orders accurately and welcome diverse customers.

Core Responsibilities

Guest Service & Order Taking

- Welcome and seat guests warmly as they enter the restaurant, presenting them with the menu.
- Explain menu items clearly, answer questions about ingredients, and suggest popular dishes.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, paying close attention to special dietary requests or allergies.
- Communicate effectively in the local language with families and regular guests to provide a homely dining experience.
- Understand English menu terms and basic English customer requests to avoid any order mistakes.

Food Delivery & Floor Support

- Serve food and drinks promptly from the kitchen to the tables at the correct temperature.
- Check on guests during their meal to ensure they are satisfied and offer refills or additional items.
- Clear empty plates and glasses from tables quickly to maintain a clean dining environment.




- Present accurate bills to guests and coordinate payment processing with the cashier.

Side Duties & Cleanliness

- Clean and set up tables with clean plates, cutlery, glasses, and condiments before and after every guest.
- Maintain hygiene standards in the service area, ensuring the dining floor looks neat and presentable at all times.
- Assist with basic side work such as rolling napkins, refilling salt/pepper shakers, and sweeping service stations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Language Skills: Must speak fluent Bengali and/or Hindi; must be able to read and understand basic English

· Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience working as a waiter or helper in a restaurant or hotel. · Freshers with good manners and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply

· Age & Fitness: Physically fit and energetic, with the ability to stay on your feet and move quickly during busy rush hours.

· Behavior: Polished personal grooming, a welcoming smile, polite manners, and a strong work ethic.

· Availability: Flexibility to work standard restaurant shifts, including weekends and festivals.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
