Restaurant Projects Executive / Project Coordinator

Experience: 2-3 Years

Education Qualification: Jayanagar / Banashankari, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Projects

- Coordinate current outlet setup and renovation projects
- Coordinate civil, interior, electrical, plumbing and signage work
- Support commercial kitchen setup and equipment installation
- Track project timelines, work progress and completion

Vendor Contractor Coordination

- Coordinate with contractors and service providers

- Collect and compare quotations
- Follow up on material deliveries and project activities
- Ensure work is completed as per requirements

Existing Outlet Projects

- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and renovation activities
- Support equipment replacement and AMC coordination

Licensing Documentation

- Assist with FSSAI, trade license, fire NOC and other approvals
- Coordinate with consultants and government offices when required

Project Tracking

- Maintain project documentation and expense records
- Track budgets,



quotations and actual expenses
- Prepare regular project status updates
- Follow up on delays and pending activities

Candidate Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in Restaurant Projects / QSR / Retail Projects / Fit-outs / Facility Management / FB Operations
- Good vendor and contractor coordination skills
- Basic understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing and interior works
- Good planning and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Bengaluru

- Kannada English mandatory
- Hindi will be an advantage
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle mandatory
- Must be currently based in Bengaluru
