About the Role The Finch, a premium F&B; and live-entertainment venue by Plutusone Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., is looking for an experienced Restaurant Steward to deliver excellent guest service and maintain high standards across restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.

· Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders.

· Serve food and beverages as per established service standards.

· Ensure tables are clean, properly set and ready for service.

· Coordinate with the Captain, kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.

· Attend to guest requests and provide prompt assistance.

· Clear and reset tables efficiently during service.

· Assist guests with menu-related queries when required.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area.

· Handle crockery, cutlery,



glassware and service equipment carefully.

· Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.

· Support the team during peak hours and events.

Requirements

· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service.

· Experience in a high-end, premium, fine-dining, upscale restaurant, bar or entertainment venue preferred.

· Good communication and guest-handling skills.

· Professional, well-groomed and customer-focused personality.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

· Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
