About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Restaurant Steward to join a premium F&B; and live-entertainment venue. The ideal candidate should have strong guest-service skills, a professional approach, and the ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Experience in premium or high-end restaurants is preferred.

Key Responsibilities· Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.

· Take and accurately communicate food and beverage orders.

· Serve food and beverages as per established service standards.

· Ensure tables are clean, properly set and ready for service.

· Coordinate with the Captain, kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.





· Attend to guest requests and provide prompt assistance.

· Clear and reset tables efficiently during service.

· Assist guests with menu-related queries when required.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area.

· Handle crockery, cutlery, glassware and service equipment carefully.

· Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.

· Support the team during peak hours and events.

Requirements· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service.

· Experience in a high-end, premium, fine-dining, upscale restaurant, bar or entertainment venue preferred.

· Good communication and guest-handling skills.

· Professional, well-groomed and customer-focused personality.

· Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced team environment.

· Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
