Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outlet. The ideal candidate will come from an FMCG or QSR/Hospitality background, bringing a strong understanding of product handling, inventory management, and customer service standards.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, leading the floor team, and ensuring a premium dining experience for our guests. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Management:

- Daily Operations: Manage full front-of-house and back-of-house store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, manage supply chains, minimize wastage, and conduct regular audits aligning with FMCG/retail standards.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness protocols across the entire restaurant.
- Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash counters, review sales reports, and track profitability targets.

Team Leadership & Customer Service:

- Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and schedule the restaurant floor and kitchen staff to optimize productivity.
- Guest Relations: Handle customer inquiries, address grievances promptly, and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance checks for the team and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education:



Must be a Graduate in any stream (Degrees in Hotel Management or Retail Management are a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor [1] (Candidates with FMCG / Retail / QSR backgrounds are preferred).
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory for interacting with premium clienteles and managing corporate reporting.
- Core Competencies: Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of retail/store operational metrics.

- Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance).
- Job Type: Full-time, on-site.
