Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, supervise the service team, maintain service standards, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant operations and service activities.
- Supervise and guide restaurant staff.
- Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules.
- Ensure high standards of food and guest service.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B;,



Housekeeping, and other departments.
- Monitor restaurant sales and operational performance.
- Maintain inventory and control wastage.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
