Candidate Profile

- Graduate from a reputed Institute of Hotel Management (IHM).
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage (F&B;) Services.
- Proven expertise in managing fine-dining restaurant operations and premium banquet functions.
- Robust leadership, team management, and operational skills.
- Excellent guest engagement and relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high service standards and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Focus on team performance, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Passion for hospitality excellence and creating memorable dining and event experiences.
