Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the work of waiters, stewards, and service staff.

- Ensure proper restaurant opening and closing procedures are followed.

- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, skilled dining experience.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.

- Ensure food and beverages are served correctly, promptly, and according to standards.

- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, mise-en-place, and overall restaurant appearance.

- Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues professionally.

- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Bar, Cashier, and Restaurant Manager.

- Check food presentation, portioning, temperature, and service quality.

- Ensure proper billing and payment procedures are followed.

- Upsell food, beverages, specials, and promotional items to increase sales.





- Monitor guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews and feedback.

- Train and guide junior service staff on SOPs, grooming, service standards, and menu knowledge.

- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.

- Maintain proper inventory of service equipment, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other operating supplies.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs.

- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily reports, sales targets, and operational requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
