Hi, we are hiring a Reservation Executive with minimum 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth and efficient booking experiences while delivering exceptional customer service.

Location Chalakudy, Thrissur

Key Responsibilities

- Handle reservations via phone, email, online platforms
- Provide accurate information about room availability, pricing, and amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism.
- Coordinate with the front office and teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records in the reservation system.
- Upsell additional services, such as dining packages, ayurveda treatments, and activities, to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Monitor room inventory and ensure optimal occupancy levels.




- Resolve booking issues or complaints with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role or the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in reservation software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-focused attitude.
