- Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, home loans, gold loans, and NBFCs.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance by acquiring new customers and growing the client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field (banking sales, CASA sales).
- Strong understanding of various banking products including credit card sales, personal loans, home loan sales, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
