Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Raipur.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client portfolios, building strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, and providing guidance on investment products and services. Daily activities include understanding client needs, suggesting suitable trading and investment solutions, coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends,



communicating updates to clients, and supporting business development initiatives to expand the client base.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and investment strategies, preferably including exposure to algo-trading.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using trading platforms, CRM tools, and basic office software for daily operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, NCFM) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in brokerage, wealth management, or financial services relationship roles is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets ethically, and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
