1. Relationship Manager (Real Estate Sales)

Location: Gurgaon

Projects: Luxury Real Estate Projects in Goa & Maharashtra

O2 Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for our premium luxury real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through various sources.

Handle customer inquiries and provide project presentations.

Conduct meetings, virtual presentations, and site visit coordination.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Follow up regularly to convert leads into bookings.

Coordinate with CRM, documentation, and channel partners.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.

Preferred Candidate

1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Target-driven with a skilled attitude.

Freshers with excellent communication may also apply.

Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per month
