Role & responsibilities
- Identify and generate current customers for Micro LAP and Home Loan products.
- Develop leads through field visits, references, local market activities, and customer referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with experience in Home Loans, LAP, Micro LAP, Affordable Housing Finance, Banking, or NBFC sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer- oriented and willing to work in field sales.
- Self-motivated and target - oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/MIS will be an added advantage.
