- Source Business: Drive Home Loan, LAP & Unsecured sales in your assigned catchment
- Build Networks: Connect with DSAs, builders, and direct leads to boost loan volume
- Customer Support: Field visits, doc collection, and smooth customer onboarding
- Compliance: Ensure 100% SOP adherence and high-quality portfolio sourcing

Eligibility Criteria

- Industry: NBFC / HFC background
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in any loan product
- Education: Graduate OR 12th Pass (with 3+ years loan experience)
- Age Limit: Up to 32 Years
- Skills: Local market knowledge + Local language fluency mandatory
