KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Attend daily morning strategy meetings and sales discussions.

- Acquire new clients through provided database, references, and lead generation activities.

- Open Demat and Trading accounts for new customers.

- Achieve a minimum target of 8–10 account openings per month.

- Generate brokerage revenue through active client engagement and trading activation.

- Promote company focus products and investment solutions.

- Handle client queries professionally and provide timely solutions.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

- Conduct activities related to client acquisition and financial planning.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing.

- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.

- Ensure achievement of business targets and revenue goals.

- Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and industry developments.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Minimum 6 months experience in RM / Sales / Stock Market.

- Knowledge of Equity, Commodity & Mutual Funds.

- Good communication and client handling skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

QUALIFICATION

- Any Graduate / MBA Preferred

- NISM Certification will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
