- Sourcing leads: Finding potential clients through cold calling, references, and networking.
- Builder tie-ups: Collaborating with real estate developers to pitch loans to their property buyers.
- DSA management: Managing relationships with Direct Selling Agents to increase loan files.
- Market research: Identifying new housing projects and shifting customer demands in the local area.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary/PUC) qualification.
- Location: Currently residing in Kollam or nearby with robust local geography knowledge.
- Languages: Fluent in both Malayalam and English for client communication.
- Mindset: Highly target-driven and comfortable with daily field travel.
