About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Regional Trainer to drive training and capability development across Aptronix stores in the Chennai region. The role will focus on enhancing product knowledge, sales skills, customer experience, and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct product, sales, process, and customer-service training for retail teams.
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for Store Managers, Sales Executives, and current joiners.
- Conduct regular store visits to identify training gaps and provide on-the-job coaching.
- Support new employee induction and onboarding programs.
- Partner with Regional/Store Managers to identify performance gaps and create targeted training interventions.
- Conduct refresher training on Apple products, accessories, sales processes, and customer experience.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and store performance metrics.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance, assessment scores,



and other L&D; reports.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, processes, and market trends.
- Work closely with the HR and Retail Operations teams to improve employee capability and business outcomes.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- 2+ years of experience in retail training, sales training, L&D;, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales and customer-service practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate frontline sales teams.
- Good understanding of Apple products and the consumer electronics/retail industry will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Chennai stores.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and training documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
