Drive overall sales growth, revenue, profitability, and market share across Bihar and Jharkhand..Expand distribution networks, increase outlet coverage, and strengthen market penetration.Lead and develop ASMs and field sales teams to achieve business targets. Improve distributor ROI, operational efficiency, and secondary sales performance. Ensure effective market execution, brand visibility, and compliance with company processes.
