Important Candidate Eligibility Criteria

Candidates will be considered only from the following target organizations:

- FMCG: Paints & Consumer Products
- Automobile : 2W OEM, AutoComp, Suspension Component

Mandatory Industry-Specific Experience:

- Candidates from the automobile industry must have hands-on experience in automotive spare parts sales.
- Candidates from FMCG companies must have hands-on experience in distribution sales and/or channel sales.
- Candidates from organizations outside the specified target list will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage and develop dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks across the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and distribution reach.
- Monitor sales performance, secondary sales, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Identify recent business opportunities and strengthen existing channel partnerships.
